Has anyone encountered the following error on WSM when a SOHO running 6.4.1 loses connection. The error is "the mpf server did not send the 'cs challenge' within the timeout period.
I suppose you have configured the Soho as a Managed Client. You need to connect to the VPN Manager/Management Server and then update the server first with "download trusted and optional network policies" and "expire lease". Then update the client Firebox (Soho) with "update server with shard key,IP Address). Then check it out.
Which appliance software version are you running?....If it is anything below Fireware Pro 8.3, upgrade it to the latest software version of Fireware Pro 8.3.
