Hi, I have Windows 2000 Server which we had just rebuilt. We have Project Server 2002 and a timesheet system called Tenrox which is supposed to sync in realtime with PS2002. Had everything up and running smoothly until an external consultant we had applied DNS and SSL settings(applied a Verisign certificate to it) to it. Now the two programs won't synchronize with each other (again, it's supposed to happen in realtime so no external sync program).

I have no idea how to rectify this or return security settings to normal. Anyone have any ideas?

Let me add that Tenrox support has been all over this and they have no idea how to resolve it (reinstalls have been done), only that it was working perfectly until the consultant put PS2002 on a secure web site and had applied DNS.

I believe that the two servers have to be in a trusted domain and the certificate applied to each...........although you might have to have a separate certificates........

Just a thought.
