Software release 4.5 software 1

Hi,
Can somebody post the URL from where i can download release 4.5 software for SSC card and for CPPIV?? AT Avaya website i could not found these software.

This URL does not contain software for all machines, i mean for SSC or for CPPM?? whcih one is for CPPIV?

Can somebody else help to get release 4.5 for all machines?
