I am beginning to explore setting up a web forum, and have discovered that there are a variety of free programmes that one can simply download and use. Is there anyway of assessing which of them is any good? Has anyone done any comparative reviews? Or can you recommend one from your personal experience. I dont want to waste loads of time working my way through a load of duds if I don't have to!
