Software for Custom Ring Types?

What is the best program to use to convert WAV audio files into ulaw Raw PCM files to use as ring types on Call Manager 3.1? The parameters for the ring types are pretty restrictive and I haven't found a program that allows to make these files easily.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I think the best software to use is cooledit, it is a little bit expensive but does a great job.

You can use the Sound Recorder tool in windows. Just read a wave in and when saving it change the format from PCM to CCITT u-Law. Tom Bilan
