Software Communications Error

Hello,

I am getting the Software Communication error when I try to start a program on the Director server. This is called from a filter.

In the past 24 hours I have had only 2 successful out of 13 trys.

I have 3.1.1 Server running on Windows 2000 AS, SP2.
