Let me start by setting up the install. In a data center we have 1 9.1(96) server edition server primary and a secondary server running SIP trunks.
The customer location is connected by a 1 Gig dedicated circuit. I have 9611G's and SIP soft phones both working off of the primary. The soft phones are call center phones with button created for logging in and out of the groups. The soft phones will randomly log the users out of the soft phone not the group even if they are on it.
I followed the guide verbatim to install and program these phones and users. However, they are being logged out. Any Ideas???
