Technical User
When logging into softphone i enter user name and password click login. At this point I get a popup asking for a licence. Installed this loads of times and never seen this before any ideas ?

Could be you don't have enough 3rd party end points licenses or power user licenses to allocate to the user you are attempting to log-in to the softphone.
