Within the past week have had numerous softphone users start to complain that their softphone rapidly looses it's connection. It really makes the softphone un-usable... the connection window pops up rapidly. However if they happen to make a call (real quick) during a connected time the audio is not disturbed but the signaling still loses it's connection (road warrior/my computer mode). A constant ping shows no loss of connection and other applications work without network issues. At first I thought it was an isolated incident now I have at least 5 users complaining about the same thing.
Anybody else having this issue? Have you fixed it?
I'm thinking it's a client MS patch or anti-virus causing issue... or an IPS in our environment could be inspecting the signaling and causing the issue.
This is affecting v6 and One-X clients. I have tried One X SP 4 as well...
