Softphone registration on Session Manager

First of all, all to the best for 2012 to all of you!

Hopefully in this new yaer someone can help me with this first challenge of 2012:
I have installed session manager and system manager and all seems to be ok.
I have created a new user on session amanger (template 9630SIP) and was able to register the one-x communicator (also tried zoiper but it crashed to much)

But after creation System Manager also creates a 9630 phone in CM but that stays out of service.
Is that normal or shoud it be in service once the phone is registered?

When i now trie to call this one-x communicator extension i get busy and the trace says phone just calls the extension and since it's OOS i get the busy tone.

Ok so the answer is that it stays OOS but i forgot to set the Off-pbx-telephone mapping-subscriptions.
