Every day my MUVPN users drop sometime between 330pm and 6:00pm at least once. They run Avaya IP softphones and usually if you deactivate and activate the MUVPN the phone just reconnects. Occassionally if a user has a power outage or hard boots their computer when it comes back up and the user reconnects to the MUVPN the softphone will not connect. They can run other applications on our network but the softphone won't connect. Occassionally reloading the MUVPN will correct the problem but more often then not the only way to correct it is to reboot the Firebox III.
I know when the it drops it's not just the softphone because I will get an Exchange Server error and another application we run over the network stops responding as well.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
