Softphone Help

OK, I have an 8300 with a G350. We have one data scope(vlan1) for all the PCs(10.0.14.xxx) and one scope for voice(vlan2 10.1.14.xxx) My 46xx series phones work fine running in vlan2 as tagged phones. Now, when my customer set up a softphone, on the LAN in vlan1, he could log into the softphone but he gets no audio. In doing a li trace station, I would get a deial event 23: endpoint mismatch. It would act like it was grabbing a trunk and trying to call, but still no good. Do I need to have both scopes in my network regions? As well, since the IP Softphone is on scope 1 with no QoS enabled on the ports, should the user make sure QoS is not enabled on the softphone? Another question is about my gateway. When I set up the gateway, it asked for a vlan. Is that the vlan of the voice scope it resides in? I set it to 2 since my voice vlan is 2 on teh data side.

Figured it out. Just had to add the data scope to the network region map.
