Hi All,
I am trying to set up a centralised directory, to do this i have used softphone on a machine and created my master ,mdb database file of what i want to use as the master directory for all the other softphones to look at, once i have done this then point a further 15 or so softphone clients to look at this file, by going to tool, options, database location and pointing it at the network share that contains my earlier created .mdb file.
When i have done this and a call comes into the user they get "internal application error" pop up message, even though aoftware still works fine, if i upgrade to release 6 service pack 1 softphone, the error changes to "cannot open directory", even though it is open and user's can dial from it.
Can someone shed some light on this, or tell me where i am going wrong, all we want is a centralised directory that the softohones all look at to dial from.
