No EAS possibility, there are only some "introductory" call centre licenses.
I put softphone in UCD group, but some of the buttons are not working(auto-in, aux-work). I think that this is normal, because this buttons are allowed only for IP agent.
So I made a circular hunt group that contains only one member (softphone)...when you call hunt group, calls do not reach softphone at all. On the other hand, when you call softphone's extension number , it is ringing, you can make calls...
