Softlink in 2000

Hello teckies..

I want to create a file on my PC that will when viewed will look at another file - similar to a softlink in UNIX. Is it possible? If so how do I do it!!

Any pointers would be most welcome!!

try a shortcut

ps. the letter A is next to the caps lock key on the left of the keyboard!
