SoftConsole Synchronization

I have newly installed IP Office 406 running 2.1.15 (not related to my other post today). It is working great except for the SoftConsole which loses sync with the system.

For example it will show people busy when they are not, and it does not show new/active calls anymore. Restarting the application fixes the problem for a while until it happens again.

This is on w Win2k system. Anyone else having sync problems with Soft Console?

Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You are not alone with this problem, we are hoping it will be solved with the 2.1 maintanence release

There is also a known problem with the parallel feature key loosing synch, replacing it with a USB key may help.

The maintanence release V2.1(23) will hopefully be available on wednesday)
