After a recent IPO upgrade, the receptionists' Soft Consoles stopped working until upgraded. In fact, they had reverted to another older profile (???). Anyways, I was able to update 2 of the 3 pc's with the current profile by transferring a working .pfs file from one computer to the other. On the third pc, it is doing something strange. Whenever I apply the current profile, the Soft Console will only open in the Taskbar. It will never maximize to full screen size. If I hover over the icon, the mini-window appears, and I can see the SoftConsole is running. When I reapply the old profile, Soft Console works as normal.
I have tried maximizing the window, running in administrator mode, ensuring the program is set to display on the designated screen, uninstall/reinstall software.
