I have an issue with the incoming calls is still ringing the console even though it is in Night Service mode. It gets to the night attendant but it also rings on the console at the same time. Any ideas? Thanks!
under extension - is that # a DID? If it's different than the normal hunt group number, calls can come in on that extension and ring away regardless of the night settings.

Thank you for your help! The Attendant # is different - the vendor originally set it up that way so that the main # could be transfered until they had a receptionist to answer the calls. I guess I need to change it. Thanks again.
