SoftConsole dropping calls

We have a client that is complaining that now and again when they use softconsole to do a voicemail transfer, the caller gets cut off.

They hit F3 or choose voicemail transfer from the menu, and the call is cut off and no transfer window appears. I've updated SC on her PC but I'm wondering if anyone's seen this before?
