Hi all - anyone know if it's possible to run several Softconsole setups that point to a central address book structure (the directory.md file(s))? Our console operators are in multiple offices and round-robin console answering duties, and keeping the individual sets of directories in sync is a pain.....

TIA

John

We did have it setup that way and it works, but if they were to lose network connectivity, then they would have to revert to paper. I kept the master copy on the network and then setup .bat files on their desktops to copy the database to their machines since they rebooted every day. One person was assigned to update the directory.

Thanks - that sounds like a solid idea. I can easily slip the copy script into the network login profile.
