SoftConsole must be purchase. We use 8411's to allow the attendants to answer calls. I did have one operator taking call thru her USB port on a headset/mic and that work very well. But since we record on a digital logging system, I had to move her back to the hard phone.
telecomturner- I've had the same issue with the screen jumping it's layout to somethnig way different than what the user had set. Sad to say that I'm still working on the issue and looking for resolutioin. Of course, Avaya wants me to perform 12 steps along with having the PC blessed before they'll look at the issue.
