Softconsole 1.5.3 freezing

Our customer is having serious problems running the softconsole in a telecommuting configuration. The application runs fine for two or three days and after that its freezing.

On winXP sp2 the PC had to be start up again before they could start the softconsole.

When running on Win2k sp4 it seems to be running better on the first four day's. But the fith day the sofconsole application freezes again. The softconsole automaticly came in the status "Not Avalaible". To set the softconsole avalaible again we can't use the "position-busy" button (also freezed).
To start the softconsole again this time the PC doesn't have to be reseted. We can set the softconsole avalaible again by logging off and logging on again.

Does anybody have any idea to solve this problem? We don't have digital DCP boards in the systeem so a DCP configuration isn't a option.

Can you reconstruct the problem doing the following:put a call on hold and the caller hangs up ? If so you'll need a patch from Avaya.

thanx you where right about reconstructing the problem. this problem is described in PCN-000656. We need patchnumber 10945. I thought this was in sp10986 but it isn't.
