soft phone question??

Why i use R11 5 ip phone for free,when i used soft phone conference,i can't add outside call,but inside call is ok? what's wrong with me?

I just used IP soft phone and was able to conference both in and out bound calls. However I amd using Softphone in Telecommuter mode.

The problem is with your trunk configuration.
You have to put the Disconnect Supervision? in and out to yes.
Probably you only have in to yes.
