I have an issue with an IP500v2 R8.1 I believe. The customer has users that use softphone remotely and digital phones when they are in the office. The problem is a call from softphone user to softphone user has no audio. Softphone to anywhere else (that forces the use of a VCM) works fine. If these were IP hard phones I would simply turn off direct media path (Which has always solved that problem) but because they are soft phones and the users are digital I have no where to disable that option.
Anyone else run into this problem before? I have checked the options in the softphone software itself and do not see anything that remotely looks like what I am looking for.
