With 4.1, is anyone aware of an issue with supervised transfers? When they try to do a supervised transfer it will put the call on hold and not get it back. They then have to re transfer the call to the user unsupervised. Any ideas would be great. thanks
It happens randomly but mostly when it takes a long time before they press the transfer button again
It looks like it uses the no answer time or something like that
When that time is reached you can not complete the transfer
I told the customer to press the conference button when it happens and hangup
