I'm hoping someone can help me. We are using Soft console. I have set up the Opertor with a wireless headset with a handset lifter on the set that is associated with Soft Console. When she has to leave her desk, the headset beeps in her ear to alert her to a call, however, she cannot answer the call without going back to her desk and clicking on the Softconsole. What should I do to enable this to work with her headset? Thanks in advance for your help.
