Could anyone can recommend a freeware/shareware socks server program(smaller than 1 mb please)?
I have use winproxy it can do all i want but it is very larger(15mb)
If I found the recommed socks server software can be used setup ICQ and good compability, I will be very happy and give a tip master to him without hesitate.
(I found and test several hours still not ok.....)
