socks 5 for isa server 2000 enterprize edition

I have a leased line conection which i use basicly for upload and a downlink 512k satellite connection.
I managed to make kazaa connect by adding a protocol difinition for port 1214 but i cant make kazaa to use socks 5 cause isa server 2000 doesnts have this filter what can i do.
