We have had issues for a long time with call quality across a fiber les.
We have now isolated the issue to an inbound fax via an SO8 and A BRI Fax card in a server. When a call is placed to a user on the remote site (406 v2) from the 412 and then a fax comes in on the SO8 and is passed to the BRI on the fax server, the call quality hits the floor. If you look at wiresharktraces you see nothing.
Anyone have any idea why this might cause a problem like this?
