A freind of mine found a print-out off his computer called snoop.txt. What is this?

Google turns up a few results, but if your friend has the print out, it would be more interesting to know what's on the printout instead of the filename. (And I'm not sure how this is related to TCP/IP)

Spyware doctor has turned up a backdoor trojan. We think it is part of that.
