Is anyone using any other .mibs other than the defaults from Avaya? I am looking to trap analog lines that are hung for over 30 minutes.

I don't think you can monitor that with SNMP as it is not a error in IP Office.
Most likely the scenario for this to happen if you use a PC Voicemai app were the caller disconnects while the call is processed by the VM app.
There are two options for disconnecting:
- Disconnect clear tone ( only US and some other countries )
With this option you will hear a tone if the other side disconnects the line.

- Busy tone detect
IP Office will continuously listen for busy tone and if it hears a busy tone for at least 6 seconds it will disconnect the line.
Appearantly IP Office does not recognize the tone of you analog line.
You can record the tone and analyzy with a program like Cool Edit, then you can have the used frequencies and times which can be used in the system-telephony settings in manager for busy tone detection.
