Hello

A quick question.

Im using SNMP to backup our Cisco configs but im trying to write it to a .txt file. This is fine but the output just appends into one big splurge!

Is there any command or way of getting it to write the output to a .txt file in a readable and pasteable manner like as if i was logging the "sh run" command with a term length of 0.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rob

Its not your SNMP that's causing this problem. Its your .txt program. Google "textpad" and download their newest version. Use that to open your files and you'll see that notepad and wordpad are worthless.
