Snapshot Replication

I have not got any responses for a message I posted earlier. So, I am going about a different approach. Does anyone know how to create a snapshot of 2 Tables that need to be combined into 1 Tables for Distribution? The problem is that one table has a date field that I want to filter and pull information from the 2 tables, based on this date field (the PK in both tables is an ACCT #).

Why do you need a snapshot?

The tables are updated only once a day. I do not want to create more network traffic than needed. So, a snapshot once per day (when nobody is in the office) seems like the best way to go.

How would you go about it? Thanks for the response.
