Snapshot of Access data

Hi everyone,
I need to know if there's a way of taking a snapshot of all data added into a database on a daily basis so that i can send it by secure e-mail. The problem is my boss lives in a rural area & cannot get broadband or satellite coverage. What I'd like to do is give him the database then send him the incremental data on a daily basis by e-mail so he can import it into his database. Is this possible & can you point me in the right direction?

The simpliest solution is to export out your data to a Excel spreadsheet or CSV file and then have your boss import the Excel/CSV spreedsheet on a daily basis.
