I have many HP 4000T laserjet print attached to a SNA Server. I have one printer
though that simply will not come out of a pending state on the server.
It is set up exactly the same as other 4000T printers with the same driver.
I do not know where else to go with this printer any suggestion?

Thank you

I've seen this happen to our SNA server just once, the problem was the VTAM address assigned to the printer was down on the mainframe side. Have the operators bring this VTAM up.

I agree with Mike. Sometimes you also have to recycle the power on the printer after the LU is reset.

create a local queue on the sna server that points to that printer and point the lu to that.
