I have an IP address of a SMTP gateway mail server and I only want to have mail forward to the SMTP gateway from a Linux box. I’m a beginner Linux user and need assistance. Thanks.

What are you doing about mail delivery? Are you using only a single-person mail application or a full-blown MTA like postfix, sendmail, exim or qmail!?!?!? Kind of important detail.
