Using Exchange 5.5 sp4 I want to route SMTP traffic to a static IP address. However there is a trick to suppress the subnet mask. What is it?

On the screen to SMTP ROUTE there are 2 check boxes.
[ ] Host Services
[X] Specific Address <--- only box selected.

As I enter a specific address it requires a subnet mask. However, routing only works when the subnet mask is blank. I can't enter just blanks.

How do you remove the subnet mask?
(I have done this before. I used an obscure MS reference to remove the subnet mask but I just can't remember how to do it.) Any Help?

Subnet mask?

Just setup to send to a smart host. Dan
