SMTP Queue

Hi, Starting yesterday, our SMTP Queue is starting to build up. there are about 30 messages there now. Any idea on why this is happenning? I checked the logs on our sonic wall to make sure there is no warning about mtu size or anything. Any help would be appreciated!!
