SMTP Hosting Relay

I'm hosting the web site and email for blahblah.com

I setup a secure POP3 virtual server and an SMTP Virtual Server. Assigned it a different IP and opened the ports onthe router.

I can send mail but the Exchagne server won't route it. It is stuck in the queue and I'm not sure why.

Everything else works on the Exchange Server. My defaut SMTP Virtual Server relays fine.
