I would like my SMTP server to relay e-mail to other domains but I do not want my exchange server open for relaying. Would I configure this in IMS -> Routing (tab) -> and enter the domain that needs to be relayed?

Thanks for any input you can give.

O.k. - now i'm confused. If relaying is allowed - and you sepcify the domain - has the server suddenly become open for all relaying? I thought not - now someone is trying to tell me it is. I figured with the above mentioned setting - mail would only be routed to that domain - it would not open it up.

No I don't believe that would be an open relay. An open relay would entail it being open to everyone.

Thanks to all! I Appreciate it! Very useful sites RobnHood.
