Does anyone know anything about the SMS component PCDetect? All I could find in my extensive searches was an obscure reference to an SMS 1.2 component - PCDetect.exe - that detects certain Japanese personal computers that are sensitive to the inventory process. The reason I ask is that the PCDetect "process" is periodically inserting random data into a third party (non-Microsoft) database on site, causing serious data corruption as a result. Any help would be greately appreciated as this has been going on for over a year.
