SMS Client installation failed with CLICORE.EXE Error

After a Restore of the SMS Server (hardwareupgrade), the installation of new clients fails with the following errormessage:

Dr. Watson Error in CLICORE.EXE

In the WNMANUAL.LOG appears:

Load of DLL CLIEX32.DLL failed

Tempfolders are ok, Errormessage appears only on NEW clients.
Removing an existing client and reinstalling SMS is working fine?!?


Anybody who can help?
