SMS 2.0 AND Remote view tools

I, recently my sms site has been crash. The It admin does have a good backup of the site so I reinstall the site with the same name with a fresh database. All client systems has now been updated and inventory and all remote feature is working but not the remote view (only this one). I can reboot etc... When I try to connect (view in remote) the tools doesn't display the windows.


Someone can help me ??
