Smooth and crisp type 1

Hi Guys
Got some text displaying fine as dynamic text using a pixel font 8pt FFF Corporate (From fontsforflash.com)with embedded outlines and anti anti-aliasing turned off but some of the text is still blurred. I have checked that all text has been set up the same but there is still a variation once published. Any ideas?

Textfields & movie clips in which textfields may be nested, all need to be on exact x & y pixel value coordinates, i.e. _x = 56.0 and not _x = 56.2, for example.

Texfields & movie clips must not have been scaled and must be 100.0% across (checked through the Tranform panel).

Textfields must be left justified only.
