Got a smdr6 connected to a MICS w/7.0 software and hyperterminal running. I'm getting "records lost" on the screen. Anyone know what that means? Thanks.

This was working when it was hooked-up to Trisys Call Accounting software. It does show regular data and then it will show "Records Lost". The settings have to be correct because I do get good information. I had it on 19200 and then tried 2400 (still the same results).

I'd probably reset to default, then change to lowest possible data rate, and adjust to best performance.
I've never had issues with a SMDR, only CTA's.
