I have a cdr port split off to different devices one is an smdr box which has a mdr2000 unit hooked to it and dumps the call records to a PC. OTM 2.2 has a MDR2000 hooked up as well to collect realtime records for reports. Also a direct feed to our Nice system. in all systems the CLID field is blank, but I can see it in the raw data. How do I get OTM and the other devices to capture it.
