can anyone tell me if IPOffice is supporting fixed width smdr yet? I am using a hotel billing application that only reads fixed width call records. It can not reliable read comma delimited records.

Alternatively can anyone suggest a way that I can get fixed width records out of delta server???

It can't do it, one thing or the other needs changing system/application unless you can get some sort of middleware/hardware to convert it for you, it should ideally have been checked for compatability before installation
