smbd Core dump

Hi,

My system is HP-UX 10.20 and samba 2.0.7 have been installed for two years.
Since serveral months, the smbd makes core dump all the time, about twice time per hour.

I would suggest you go to the HP patch site and download the latest patches for libc. the URL for the entry to download patches is
