smartNavigation and Netscape, and javascript

Hi all,

I know that smartNavigation property doesn't work with Netscape. Is there any workaround to make it work? I mean, I'd like to have something like smartNavigation to retain the scrollback position after a postback, but so far none of my workarounds using javascript has worked. Netscape6 doesn't seem to be compatible with the javascript while IE does :(
