Small red X's instead of Pictures

I use different sites and am trying to log on to pokerroom.com. I can log on ok but when it comes time to show the picture for play I only get a blank and a small red x. It also says done.
I re-formatted my hard drive last week and now this happens.I went to "tools options" but could not find anything. Any help

The red x is a place holder for the picture. You might need to install a program from the site. If that is the only site the pictures are not showing on your page.
